Thank you for shopping with Habiora. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders purchased through habiora.us. We are committed to delivering your gardening watering cans and related garden products safely and efficiently throughout Canada.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options within Canada:

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over CAD $79

  • Orders under CAD $79 are charged a flat shipping fee of CAD $9.95

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

The total estimated delivery time, including order processing, is 4–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, remote delivery locations, carrier delays, or periods of high shipping volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Habiora is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your gardening watering can or any other product arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to addresses within Canada. Some remote or rural locations may require additional delivery time.
